Dulce has three children, her 8 month old child pictured above and twins, one with Autism. Once Carlos was enrolled in special education, Dulce was handed a 30 page complex treatment plan detailing his goals. Without any support or tools to understand his needs, she was at a loss. Thanks to your support, Dulce is now enrolled in our free monthly classes and support groups to teach parents how to navigate the special education system. Now, Dulce feels empowered and can actively participate in special education meetings and support Carlos at home.
